What It Is:
A 12-month professional development series that builds the capacity, confidence and consistency of shelter teams.
Each month focuses on a core operational theme such as safety, engagement, documentation, or teamwork, delivered through interactive virtual sessions and applied learning.

For 5-24 participants (Direct Service Staff and Supervisors) = $4,500 per year
For 25-49 participants (Direct Service Staff and Supervisors) = $8,000 per year
For 50 or more participants (Direct Service Staff and Supervisors) = $11,000 per year
Entreprise Level (multiple shelters or sites) = $24,000 per year
