This leadership-focused session centers on emotional intelligence as a core leadership competency and explores the parallel process by which our staff expect us to show up with the same trauma-informed, strengths-based approach we ask of them.  Leaders will examine how their own responses to stress, conflict, and change are mirrored throughout the organization, with practical strategies for modeling emotionally intelligent leadership that supports staff resilience, service quality, and alignment with agency values.
