Catalysts for better outcomes.
From a large urban metropolis to a country hamlet; from half a billion dollar organizations to organizations that deliver one project – we engage to make a difference.
Our subject matter expertise in homelessness, housing, harm reduction, human services data, policy and social planning makes us very busy advising elected officials, community leaders in non-profits, government and business, and engaging with frontline staff and people with lived experience.
We help navigate difficult decisions without easy answers. We give information and evidence to allow for informed contemplation. We make sure the pros and cons of decisions are understood.
Our tasks in this arena often require consultation, facilitation, survey research, town halls, open houses, research, and report writing. We also have a proprietary housing forecast model that can accurately predict the housing needs, by type of housing, for the community in 5, 10 and 20 year forecasts.
We frequently cross sectors of service in this work – homeless services, housing providers, judges and the justice system, health care providers and health insurance companies, child and family services and services specific to youth, faith based organizations and charities, philanthropy and funding collectives, business improvement districts, cultural organizations and leaders within specific cultural groups – and more.
The products we produce are often publicly available plans and action documents that are well written and professionally designed.
